There are certain organizational aims and objectives, which a different group irrespective of the nature of the business tries to accomplish. On the other hand, the role of the employees towards the achievement of the organizational goals is very much crucial as well as very much significant in the overall corporate behavior. The assignment will focus on two important questions, which will conclude about the identification as well as the discussions of the motivational elements in the organization. The second question will address the justice and equity theory of motivation, which will analyze the tanning process of the organization XYZ Consultants. 1. The answer to this particular question will address all the motivational factors in the organization, which were removed in the new environment under the leadership of Fiona. The contribution of Fionas father towards developing this particular organization was remarkable. The purpose, as well as the objective of the company, is to offer management tanning and leadership development service in Malaysia. The company was founded in the year 1990 by Tim Redkin and employed 80 full-time staffs. One of the most important things, which Fionas father developed in the business operation, is a free communication system in the organization. The role of developing a proper communication system in the organization contributes one of the most significant aspects of the business proceedings as employee employees in the workplace are privileged to share and discuss their ideas. Tim, Fionas and the training consultants were highly involved in all the aspects of the business operations, which resul ted in the process of increasing the profit of the organization in a well-desired manner. After running the business in the required manner, unfortunately, Tim was diagnosed with a serious illness and decided to handover the organizational responsibility to Fiona. The study will focus what are the different kinds of drawbacks that Fiona incorporated in the business operations. The original mistake what she did is restricted the communication system in the organization, which resulted in the adverse impact on the managerial plans and introduced by her based on a hierarchy system. On the other hand, due to lack of communication, all the employees were highly demoralized with this particular concept. The workers were unable to share their issues and thoughts, which were restricted in the organization. However, the meaning of employee engagement theory is an important part of the context of this question. The notion of the employee engagement theory is the development of a proper framework, which includes the concept of teaching the entire employee's technology based learning. It is the fundamental idea, which suggests that the learners must be meaningfully engaged in different kinds of learning activities with the process of developing a proper c ommunication system in the organization. There were different types of motivational elements, which boosted the performance level of the organization. All the employees were satisfied with the organizational plans and procedures to develop by Fionas father. Due to lack of communication and lack of time of Fionas, the employees were unable to share the operational ideas as well as the operational issues, which took place in the organization. It put a negative impact on the proceedings of the operational management and resulted from 50 percent of the old employees resigned and on the other hand, 60 percent of the newly recruited employees left. It was one of the massive negative impacts, which took place in the business under the leadership of Fiona. Employees are one of the most crucial parts of the organization, and it is one of the most valuable assets in the organization. Strategies need to be developed keeping in minds about the requirements of the organization as well as the requirements of the employees in a large exte nd, where the employees should be motivated. 2. The answer to this particular question will evaluate the objective of organizing justice and equity theory of motivations, which will explain and analyze the overall training behaviours of the consultants (David 2013). Learning is one of the crucial parts for the employees to become more aware of the operational process of the organizational (Robbins and Coulter 2012). Operations of the organization are one of the most significant parts, which conclude about how the business will run by keeping the objectives as well as the organizational goals that need to be accomplished (Dessler 2013). The two relevant variables that are highlighted in this particular question are organizational justice and equity theory of motivation. The idea of the organizational justice is referred to the fairness and participations of the employees in the workplace by following all the ethics of the workplace in the required manner (Hitt, Black and Porter 2012). There are four relevant categories, which will conclude about the organizational justice. Distributive, procedural, informational and interactional are the four critical points, which will complete the application of the organizational justice (McShane and Von Glinow 2012). The second parameter, which is highlighted in the study, is the implementation of the equity theory of motivation, which will explain and analyze the training consultants behaviours in the organization. The core of equity theory will explain the fundamental principle of the balance or equity. With the application of this particular motivational theory, an individuals motivation level is correlated to the perception of equity, fairness, and justice, which are participated by the management. Based on the case study, the role of the training consultant behaviour contributes as one of the most significant aspects (Moorhead and Griffin 2012). The necessary drivers, which will conclude about the application of the human behavior, include belief systems, choice theory, and control theory. Employees of the organization are motivated in different manners (Mondy and Mondy 2012). This was one of the major points which Fionas father developed keeping in mind the how the employees of the organization will be motivated and needs of the employees must participate in the decision making process. However, based on the case study, Fiona changed the overall recruitment process and brought certain negative impact in the management. Fiona was unable to develop a proper employee retention process, and all the newly recruited employees resigned from the organization. Conclusion The concluding part of the assignment will evaluate what are the different factors, which affects leadership style in the organization. Tim Redkin developed the selected organization in the study XYZ Consultants by applying different kinds of innovative skills. The assignment is classified into questions, which will highlight the contribution of Fionas father towards the development process of the organizational operations. On the other hand, the question will also conclude what the mistakes are made by the Fiona when she took the responsibility of the administration after her fathers illness. Nevertheless, one of the biggest mistakes, which she incurred in the administration, is the barriers in the overall communication process, which resulted as one of the major factors of demoralization for the employees, which lacks in the employee's retention process. The second question will highlight some of the relevant variables, which will focus on the application of justice and equity theory of motivation, which will explain the training consultants behaviors.
